I did mange to make my cookies the other day. By turning a blind eye to certain mischievous children I baked and enjoyed the delicious aroma created by these delicious biscuits. Sadly I failed to take a photo of the very end result as I was far too busy eating them!

YOU MUST TRY THESE!!!!

For an even tastier result I use Dark Brown Sugar it adds richness.

These taste fabulous with Pistachios mixed in (unsalted and shelled of course)
